Making a plan goes against the RERO philosophy. I'm ok doing planning, but I don't like to plan when the environment is being hostile.
RERO is possible within friendly environments, because the first releases are not as polished as expected. Release cycles improve over time however, until reaching a marvelous level of fast production, innovation and quality. But that can only happen if releases come out fast, relaxed, and the leader allows for learning along the way. That means not stopping at the details, and tolerating the unpolished.
If the leader of a production group doesn't invest in the learning process of the group, and doesn't encourage a RERO philosophy, the group can never become innovative and responsible. The circle will not be virtuous: it will need kontrol and punishment only to get a fraction of the success.
So when your environment is not friendly, you can't be RERO and the leader can't be a white wizard. It's interesting, because it's a limitation: not a limitation of yourself, but of your leader. The only self limitation is not being able to recognize that fact, to not recognize the black magic being operated, and thus staying within an environment that will never let you break free.
